Get Involved โ€” GSNS

Get Involved.

Our whole operation runs on people power. Whether you have an hour, a truck, or a bag of clothes to donate, it all matters and it all moves the work forward.

Where We Need Help Most.

Whether you can show up once a month or once a week, every bit of time matters. Here is where we need hands right now.

Sorters

Help sort, inventory, and organize incoming donations. This keeps everything moving so families can access what they need quickly and with dignity.

Laundry Helpers

Take home small batches of donated clothing or bedding to wash and return. A simple act that makes a real difference in what we are able to offer.

Drivers

Help deliver mutual aid or pick up donations using your own vehicle. Flexible, on your schedule, and one of the most impactful ways to show up.

Volunteer Transportation Note

GSNS does not provide transportation or delivery services. Any driving is offered voluntarily by individuals using their own vehicles and insurance. Volunteers choose when and how they participate. GSNS does not direct, control, or supervise volunteer driving. By volunteering, individuals accept responsibility for their own actions and any associated risks.

We Accept New and Gently Used Donations.

Everything we receive goes directly to families and community members who need it. Here is what we are always looking for.

Furniture and Beds

Beds, cribs, dressers, and other furniture for families setting up a home from scratch. These items make an immediate and lasting difference.

Clothing and Essentials

Clothing for all ages, diapers, toiletries, and hygiene essentials. Clean and gently used items only please.

Kitchen Supplies

Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, small appliances. Everything a family needs to cook and eat at home.

Emergency Financial Support

Monetary donations help us provide emergency rent and utility support to prevent homelessness and keep families stable during crisis.

Can't Volunteer or Donate Right Now?

Sharing helps too. Every share brings us closer to keeping someone housed, fed, and supported. Tell your people about what we are building.
