GSNS Network
Projects We Support.
These initiatives are independently organized and community led. We do not direct or control their work. We show up in solidarity, offer support where we can, and get out of the way.
GSNS supports and uplifts community-led efforts when possible. Projects listed here are independently organized. GSNS is not responsible for and does not assume liability for the actions, decisions, or outcomes of third-party projects.
Community Initiatives
Real Work. Real People.
Every project below is rooted in dignity, mutual aid, and community survival. Each one is doing the work on their own terms.

Fashion for Reparations
A pay-what-you-want mutual aid clothing store rooted in economic justice and cultural reclamation. F4R collects clothes from the community and offers them back at whatever price people choose to pay. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Started in 2020 to help a queer Black mom of three and DV survivor pay rent, F4R has grown into a hub at Cherry Street Village supporting local direct aid, mutual aid projects, and community organizing across Seattle.

The Village: Seattle Free Store
The Village was born from a simple and urgent need: getting furniture and essentials to asylum seekers and families arriving with nothing. What started as community members pooling their resources and time grew into something bigger: a dedicated space where folx can come in and actually shop, with dignity, at no cost.
Everything is free. Everyone is welcome. No proof of need. No strings attached. Clothing, household essentials, baby items, hygiene supplies, and more, redistributed with dignity and not charity. Rooted in abundance, powered by solidarity.
International Solidarity · Uganda
Stand with Muniru
In Uganda, Muniru teaches English to Sudanese refugees, cooks and shares nourishing meals, and makes sure people feel seen and supported. What he offers goes beyond food or lessons. He offers care, consistency, and hope.
Muniru often says a balanced meal can replace medicine. When you support this effort through GSNS, you are helping keep meals on tables, education accessible, and community strong across borders.
Could This Be You?
Your Community Initiative
If your work is rooted in solidarity, mutual aid, or justice and you need a place to land, we want to hear from you. GSNS can help support, uplift, or host funds for initiatives that align with our values.
We are not looking to take over, rebrand, or manage your work. Your initiative stays yours. We just help hold space and resources so you can keep going.
No formal application. No committee. Just a conversation.
