Global Solidarity Network Seattle is a neighbor to neighbor network. Our funds come from community donations, and right now the need is far greater than what we hold. This form is how we make sure the money we do have reaches people fairly instead of first come first served.

Filling this out does not guarantee funds. It puts you on the list, and it tells us how urgent things are so the most acute needs move first. We will reach out either way.

It takes about five minutes, and most of it is optional.

Your privacy. We never ask about your immigration status, your Social Security number, or your history with the legal system. We do not need them and we will not ask.

What you write here goes to the small GSNS review team and nowhere else. Answer only what you feel safe answering. Every question except your name, a way to reach you, and what you need is optional.

We say everywhere else that we do not make people do paperwork, and we mean it. Nothing here has to be proved with a document, and nobody checks up on your answers. We ask these questions only so we can tell who is closest to losing something.

If tonight is the emergency, do not wait on us. Call or text 211 for immediate Washington resources including shelter, food, and utility help, then fill this out so we can pick it up from there.
